Winter is approaching, so you know what else is coming? The high school basketball season is also approaching. Teams all over the city have been practicing and holding tryouts to determine the best of each school and who will win the state championship this year, including our very own FLC Bobcats, The entire month of November, Coach Gardner has been having practices to see who can endure the harsh sport of basketball and who cannot. He recently held tryouts on November 17th and made the decision on who he wants on the team. Many of these players being some of your close classmates. The first game of the season is a scrimmage on November 28th against Franklin Towne Charter. Mr. Gardner, the Bobcat team, as well as all of the students are hoping for a very successful basketball season this year. Good Luck Bobcats!
